Dhingra et al. “Comparison of adipose tissue- and bone marrow- derived mesenchymal stem cells for alleviating doxorubicin-induced cardiac dysfunction in diabetic rats”, published in Stem Cell Res Ther. 2015; 6(1): 148. Published online 2015 Aug 22. doi:  10.1186/s13287-015-0142-x. While characterizing BM-MSCs and AT-MSCs, authors performed FACS analysis. Their results demonstrated that >90 % of cells were CD90+, CD105+ and CD44+, while all were CD45- and CD34-.

Thank you again very much. But I should say sorry again that the ideas which I am looking is not included in that paper at all. The paper says about the characterization of mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow and adipose tissueof human and expanded in-vitro. It does not say anything about the flow cytometry analysis of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from the diabetes rats. The main thing which I am looking is the study  of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in diabetes animal model before their expansion in in-vitro conditions. For example, animal induced diabetes by STZ or any other chemicals, animal kept for 4-8 weeks, sacrificed , isolation of bone marrow stromal cells and flow cytometry analysis of mesenchymal stem cells in BMSCs, histology of bone marrow....

There is a diabetes animal model to be grabbed by oneone, and a developed methodical approach used to use, namely the flow cytometry analysis of bbone marrow mesenchymal stem cells from the diabetes rats. What else could a enthusiaastic young researcher dream about? If one whats to find an exact model and and an exact method (i.e., he study of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells in diabetes animal model before their expansion in in-vitro conditions), it usually resulted in revelation that somebody else already performed your study. This is how the science works, at least how researchers understood science during the last 100 years.
