I intend to check the autodock vina results by cross docking , which is the best tool to use for this purpose??

I would recommend to use IGEMDOCK or HEX which are quite reliable docking softwares to cross check your Autodock Vina results.

There are a number of free software packages you could use, I suggest these two:
1- GOLD, which is available for download on the following link:

2- ParaDockS, which is available for download on the following link:

Besides Autodock Vina I usually use:
1. OE Docking Fred (https://www.eyesopen.com/oedocking)
2. SwissDock (http://www.swissdock.ch/)
3. Autodock (http://autodock.scripps.edu/)
All of them can be downloaded and run in a standalone mode. SwissDock also has a online version. Fred is very easy to use, and the results are usually good enough.
Serhii Vakal Are you still able to use swissdock successfully? I used it earlier but since last more than one year, the online service is not giving results. I dont know the problem with it. Neither the support email is responding or resolving my query.
Dear Sachin Wazalwar , far back I moved from Swiss-Dock to other (more reliable and flexible, as for me) docking tools. However, just now I've sent a test complex to Swiss-Dock and received the results after an hour, so it seems to be working still.
