While removing the emulsion from the container, the layer is getting disturbed. I read few papers that say we have to put a drop our sample on glass slide and dry it. Can anyone please help me?

After the emulsion dries, oil will remain on the glass slide. It is no longer an emulsion. When transferred from the container to a glass slide, the emulsion breaks down and is restored on the glass again. Your problem is that the water of the emulsion does not evaporate. In the study area, you need to make a lot of humidity.
