Can anyone suggest the details of sample preparation. I want to reduce the use of uranyl acetate due to certain limitations with my sample.
Hi Arun,
Have you tried using detergent at 0.1% (v/v)? A couple of microliters may break the aggregates.
Best,
Hediye.
Not yet.. Actually I want to study the interactions of small molecules with aggregates. Can you suggest how should I prepare my samples for scanning electron microscope analysis. Please.
Dear Arun,
In that case, detergent may not be a good choice. At least, it has to be a very mild detergent.
I have colleagues who are in the SEM field. Let me ask and get back to you.
Yeah Sure Hediye....Thanks for concern. Waiting for ur suggestions.
