I would like to isolate nuclei, mitochondria, and lysosomes all from one cell culture batch. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Hi
Axis- Shield produce OPTI-Prep which can be for gradient separation. Their website has protocols for using it for isolation of cells, organelles etc. It would be a place to start looking to develop a protocol

Thank you Kay for the suggestion ! I will definitely look into that.
Statistical analysis in cell culture experiments has always been a debate in our lab. In cell culture we most often do each experiment 3 times so we end up with n=3. Sofar we have been using one...

Im doing PBMC isolation -> CD14+ enrichment using magnetic beads -> stimulation setup. My negative control is just cells in cRPMI but they seem to get activated over and over again.
