Statistical analysis in cell culture experiments has always been a debate in our lab. In cell culture we most often do each experiment 3 times so we end up with n=3. Sofar we have been using one way anova to test for differences between the groups. But is that acctually correct ? We always use the nonparametric test (Kruskal Wallis + Dunn's post test) since you can't determine normnaility with only three samples (or can you ?) Maybe someone has a better suggestion on how to analyze cell culture data.
