Hi, I am searching for methods of proteins extraction from pasta samples to calculate proteins content in the Bradford assay?
Why not Kjeldahl nitrogen from a typical acid solution? Bradford is not well suited IMO. You'd need to do both probably to show Bradford method as accurate.
Hi Diako Khodaei , a simple and fast procedure for protein determination in pasta (based on AOAC 930.25) is the Kjeldahl method.
Please find the attachment below. It will guide you through the whole process. Good luck.
bradford for detection of protein and its consentration is very good.
I think you can solve some of the sample and analyse it
You can use machine learning algorithms
The BCA protein assay could be used for quantitation of total protein in a sample
To find equivalent static loading of dynamic events, displacement vector of the dynamic analysis could be used as attached picture. To use this method in Abaqus, how we could export the...

I had a crystal hit in a well with 0.1M HEPEs pH 7.5, 10%(w/v) PEG 4000, and 20%(w/v) isopropanol. Why is isopropanol in w/v here if it's just solvent? How do I recreate this well condition?
