To find equivalent static loading of dynamic events, displacement vector of the dynamic analysis could be used as attached picture.
To use this method in Abaqus, how we could export the displacement vector of Dynamic, Explicit analysis result and import it as equivalent static load in another Static, General analysis?

You can use only the apexes of the dynamic displacement vector. After that based on the represented force relation in the attached picture, the values of dynamic force can be detected in each maximum and minimum of the mentioned figure. Finally, in another simulation, you can use these values employing amplitude option on the load module of ABAQUS.

looks like forced vibration, modal synthesis can give answer, in free vibration the mass participating in the mode, where first mode contains maximum energy. but its getting damped out and finally reaching a steady state, that is what shown static displacement. so, energy content at that time and the modal mass will be an approximation. a simple experiment you can conduct with charge hammer test and get frequencies and response analysis and compare FEM result to evaluate static applied force. thanks for the question.

About transferring results between Abaqus/Explicit and Abaqus/standard, it just uses results of the first analysis as the initial state of the second one. But I need equivalent forces of the static analysis to reach the same deformation of the dynamic analysis.
