I wane isolate granulosa cells from follicle fluid with ficoll to assess lncRNA expression.
Follicular fluids including GCs and heterogeneous cells were centrifuged at 1000 g for 3 minutes at 21°C following oocyte retrieval. Then 4 ml PBS was added to pellets and 6 ml Ficoll-Paque was carefully covered with the diluted solution. At 400 g for 30 minutes at 21°C, the samples were centrifuged. Cells in the interface have been extracted and taken to measure the number of cells, viability assessments, RNA, and DNA.

they have used Percoll, similar, you may use Ficoll and use and modify method
