I ordered 2 pairs of primer for real-time PCR. Before start the experiment, I have to test whether the quality of primer is good or not (I will check the formation of primer dimer or non-specific bands).

We used C2C12 cell line for primer test before, but cell is little remaining in now. So I tried to find other cell lines for primer test.

Which cell line is suitable? Can I use any cell line which is remaining in our liquid nitrogen tanks??
