TNF-a is adressed by adalimumab which is a monoclonal antibody used for the treatment of rheumatic athritis, psoriasis and several other autoimmune diseases. The brand name is Humira.

I am sure it will also work in rodents

At our lab, we are currently using biotinilated antibodies from BD Biosciences for ELISA assays; I asume that they might also work for WB. The clones are MP5-32C11 for murine IL-6 and MP6-XT3 for TNFa. I am attaching a ZIP file with both TDSs (where its says that both Abs are "repored" for been used in WB assays).
