I am looking for leukocyte infiltration at a bone defect/biomaterial interface. At the lab, we have just a WT.3 clone antibody-FITC conjugated certified to FACS analysis. I am planning to try it but my expectation for it are really low. Thus, I am looking for a good solution that works in formol-fixed/paraffin-embedded tissues.
