Hi! Does anyone have in mind a specific apoptosis detection dye for flow cytometry that could withstand fixation with paraformaldehyde and permeabilization with methanol? We're using a fixable amine-based dye to do dead cell discrimination but could need a more specific dye to detect apoptosis. Or if you would have suggestions for a nicely working fluorochrome-conjugated cleaved caspase 3-antibody for intracellular flow cytometry of mouse cells?

That kit from lifetech detects active casp 3-7 with a specific reagent called FLICA that resists fixation :'Vybrant® FAM Caspase-3 and -7 Assay Kit, for flow cytometry'.
