From this website I managed to find the name of the genes that encode the bacteriocins that I am interested in (http://bactibase.pfba-lab-tun.org/main.php). Where can I find the gene sequence (nucleotide sequence) of bacteriocins?
From the database you can click the hyperlink to swissprot and browse from where it says crossreference, to any of the databases below, to find the corresponding nucleotide sequence for your specific bacteriocin.
OR
As already mentioned, you can directly search on line databases such as:
NCBI (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/)
EBI (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/)
DDJB (http://www.ddbj.nig.ac.jp/)
OR last resort
You can download the amino acid sequences from Bactibase and back translate them to the nucleotide sequence
