Antierum titer determination is usually done by its serial dilution and then taking the lowest positive value in comparison to blank. People take minimum twice or thrice of blank as positive titer. I need a reference which support this.
Antibody/Antisera titre determination is usually done in many ways. One such approach is that the three standard deviation above the mean response (OD) of the negative control. I am attaching herewith two reference articles for the same.
There are other ways to do it by testing multi dilutions of the test specimen. The titre is determined by taking appropriate OD as an end point and plotting the OD's versus dilutions in 4-PL curves.
