Yes, I agreed with Rudolf and Arash that capillary tubes will do the job but if the secretion is in small amount, may be microcapilliary glass tubes will be the best option. They are available in 1,2,5, 10, 50 and 100 microliters. Hope this helps.
I agree with what Suk Ling Wee has said. The use of microcapillary glass tubes will be really handy for this purpose. In an earlier work, I have quantified the salivary secretion of lacewing bug, Stephanitis typica with the help of graduated microcapillary glass tubes.
