We can't identify these large particles floating in our cell culture media. It doesn't have a biological origin. We cultured a sample and stained it with DAPI dye and got no reaction. Can anyone identify the irregular-shaped items?

Same kind of particle appeared in our HUVEC cell culture. We did filter the endothelial media and supplement. We were able to reduce this problem.

Thank you Ameena Stellixir for your reply. We are puzzled as it only appeared once, but it made our isolated cells not functionable. We are still trying to figure out what the source might be.
