Definitely Pinus pollen grain with 2 typical air sacs. Sometimes you can find broken grain - then sacs and body could be separated.

This is definitely a pollen grain and not a fungal spore. You can trap all sorts of pollens on your spore trapping surface. It may be helpful in identification if you know type of flora/crops/trees etc. surrounding your spore trap.

Pollen of Pinus. You can also check the species of Pinus growing nearby area from where the air sample is collected.

Dear Rajiv, the pollen of Pinus is among the most recognisable pollen grains you can capture with a spore-trap. Which kind of spore-trap you use? Probably you have trapped also other pollen grains, including Pinus pollen you can observe with microscope in other views.
