I am doing a pilot study on my conceptual model. This is one milestone before mains. I have got my results using ADANCO and PLS-SEM. What are the critical outcomes that i need to give attention to validate my pilot study for the model..

One I understand is loadings.

is R2 important for pilot ?

What about Convergent Validity ?

In Pilot study check the reliability and validity of your scale(s) via PLS-SEM.

Yes, convergent as well as discriminant validity need to be checked (i.e., construct validity) together with reliability.

R2 is not important at this stage, since the sample size is not that much.
