You should contact Schrodinger support ([email protected]), they can probably assist you very quickly and I've found their support staff to be very helpful. The online knowledgebase is another resource you might check (https://www.schrodinger.com/kb) for issues related to Maestro/Desmond. Additional info that may be helpful here would be software version and operating environment. It seems you may be using an old version...you might consider installing the latest.
