Can anyone help with the following error in comsol?

I am trying to solve nonlinear electrostatic equation that right side is exponential but gives this error:

undefined value found in the equation residual vector.

There are 10034 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable. V. at coordinates.....

Maybe your artwork is too complex to solve by this software which have 10,034 varible. I am not sure software can write 10,033 - 10,034 equation.
