I'm trying to do a statistical analysis for 9 STRs (spread around 2 consecutive loci, 2MB of length) for 3 unrelated subjects from the same ethnic origin that have the same homozygous mutation. We think it’s a founder mutation and one tool we thought of is trying to look at the STRs near our gene (we did a genotype screening for the mutation at that ethnic population as well and found 4 alleles out of 508 (254 subjects)).

Unfortunately although the results seems promising (all three have the same length in all of the STRs, except one that in heterozygous and the furthest STR from the gene) I'm not sure what test do I use. Can anyone help?
