Can anyone help with my hemolysis problem?

I did hemolysis with my peptide at different concentration and it was observed that at high concentration the hemolysis was suppressed as compared to low concentration.

I am not getting any specific reason behind the problem. There is literature which showed that at high concentration the hemolysis was suppressed as compared to low concentration due to cyclization of peptide, but in this case peptide is linear.
