I am using network pharmacology as a tool to identify the functions associated with some drugs. Is there a possibility to segregate human clinical evidence from the overall evidence .

Can anyone help me out in isolation of PM fraction devoid of golgi and ER from cultured cell? Are there any simple methods without ultracentrifugation?

I have tried with ultracentrifugation, but the isolation is not giving me good results with WB. I have included step for percol removal, but i think there is contamination of golgi and ER fraction
