Neuroblastoma 2a cells in MEM+ 10% FBS media + 1% PS. Unknown contaminant looked like bacteria, but without cloudy media observed. It vibrates on its own spot (more like Brownian movement, not fast moving like bacteria). It increased in amount over the time (seem resistant to antibiotic). Cannot get rid all of it by rinsing or washing the cells. Cells survived together with it. Media, serum, biosafety hood, incubator are clean after the bacteria test (nutrient agar).
This is the 2nd time facing this problem (a new cell line, appeared after 4 or 5 passage)

They could be cell debris and a possible sign of mycoplasma contamination. I would do a mycoplasma test. Also, we also find this is a common form of debris in some serums, maybe try filtering your serum and see if this removes them?
I am not sure if this could be mycoplasma. I believe mycoplasma is too small to be seen with such clarity. As Rachel suggested, it could be cell debris. I would discard and prepare fresh media . However, you can confirm by staining with DAPI
I think you should discard your cells and take a new ampule. Change medium, FBS, pen\strep.
