Can anybody suggest some resin for used as matrix of superhydrophobic coating?
I know some resin like. PDMS and fluoropolymer resin, but I would like to know some resin for this application that It is more practicability for real application(Not for Academic purpose)

at first i like to suggest to make a difference in plastics processing.
a) duromer materials like epoxies and silikones
b) thermoplastic materials like Polyethylen or PMMA
From an technical point of view b) thermoplastic materials are much more suitable for mass produktion.
The most hydrophobic materials in this field are PE, PP, TPX, COC and COP with an contact angle to water of appr. 95°
To get a really superhydrophobic surface a teartement will be necesarry.
e.g. chemical (incl. plasmachemical) to integrate fluorfunctionalities at the surface (esp.for amorphous plastics) or physical (e.g. eatching) to realise a lotus-effect surface (esp. for semicrisalline plastics)
Keep in mind two factors are driving the wettability: chemical composition but also surface roughness. By choosing a chemical apolar aprotic compound, contact angle only rises up to 90° if the surface is flat (as for pure teflon). Superhydrophobicity (>120, 150°) is mostly due to surface roughness. So you will also have to optimize the coating method if you want to reach high contact angles. Another way is to perform a surface treatment (thermal or chemical alteration) after the coating to enhance roughness and hydrophobicity.

Thank you for your answer, but need to mentioned that I will use nano particle for making rough surface(with micro-nano structure), and now I would like to know some resin for this application that It has more practicability for real application(Not for Academic purpose)

Do you need rigid resin i.e. which upon curing becomes in a glassy state? If yes, i would recommend you the MAS epoxy resin. My colleagues and I have used it to stabilize the conventional superhydrophobic carbon soot coatings. Here is the link for you: http://www.masepoxies.com/
I used Super-hydrophobic Surfaces Produced by Plasma Fluorination of Polybutadiene Films as proposed by I. Woodward (Langmuir, 2003, 19 (8), pp 3432–3438; DOI: 10.1021/la020427e; Publication link: http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/la020427e) in my work to create self-cleaning (based on surface microroughness gradient in silicon) condenser surface. The coating is chemically inert to water based solutions (breath condensate in my case) and is very stable. I have had surfaces that kept their hydrophobic nature for a year, then the degradation came mainly due to mechanical damage of the surface microstructures.

Try using polybenzoxazine which has a very low surface energy and also a very high level of mechanical stability as well.
