Compounds were extracted using organic acids from bacterial culture filtrate
To use 1H-NMR, your compound should be pure or single compound. Did you get the extracted compound of you've already purified it?
Thanks for your response..i got some single peak on HPLC but i dont know about NMR analysis. I alreadyt have protone NMR results but i need some assissitance to confirm about its purity...
send it to me, with the structure of compound - otherwise you can "simulated" the 1H nmr spectrum via Chemdraw software
I could also have a look at it. You can get an indication from the purity based on the relative integration. Also, what is your solvent? Keep in mind that a solvent with OD bonds will make any OH, NH, SH, CO2H, and sometimes CHO protons invisible due to exchanging.
