As to my concern it is Chenopodium album L. but i am not fully sure because spp is not at flowering stage but it has a great resemblance with that..

I think this is Atriplex patula. Family: Amaranth Family – Amaranthaceae

It isn't easy to identify it since it doesn't have all the parts mainly the flower. It looks like Atriplix patula to proof that you should smell it which has an nice smell, on the other hand it looks more like Chenopodium album. So, if there was more than a picture it would be more helpful.

Well, to me the leaves look to be opposite, so for sure it is, in my opinion, not Chenopodium album. At least not the C. album I know from Europe. I think it belongs to another family.
