I am in need of bioinformatic expertise help in my research. I need to show my results of nucleotide sequences of my therapeutic enzymes in form of phylogentic or dendrogram form. But, unfortuanely I have very little pratical knowledge in bioinformatic tools. Can any one suggest me some research labs or sequenxing companies whic offering these services. It would be very helpful for my research.

How many sequences do you have? Nucleotide or protein? basic step to build a phylogenetic tree:
1. build a multialignment, this can be done e.g. with muscle or t-coffee
2. clean the multialignment if it contains very gappy regions; this can be done e.g. with GBlocks
3. load the multialignment in a phylogenetic program. Depending on the necessity, you can start with Mega6 (which comes with with a gui), or try command line tool such as PhyML (for the latter I think you have to format the multialignment into phylip format).
find a review about phylogenetic methods to understand a little bit about the possible models of evolution you can use.
