i am atta a research student. currently i am working on child malnutrition. i need your suggestion/ guideline about the results which i found in my data. 1. i have three categories for vaccination (not vacc, partial vacc, fully vaccinated) but i found partial category as significant while fully vaccinated results are insignificant which shows that there is now significant difference if child is either nor vaccinated or fully vaccinated, so my request is that how i can justify this situation. 2. two of the variables mother decision making autonomy and type of toilet facility are also not significant so also guide me how i can justify these two variable also.

A reason I can think of for why the estimate is not statistically significant in the fully vaccinated group is insufficient statistical power. Is this a small group? It is interesting to see whether the estimate is still increased in the fully vaccinated group (regardless of stat. significance) and whether there is a trend over the groups from not, to partial, to fully vaccinated.
The possible reasons that the other variables you mentioned are not siginificant are too many to mention (maybe also statistical power) and you would have to specify your research questions first before anybody here is able to say something sensible about it.
