Can Ag/AgCl reference electrode can be used as the gate electrode for graphene FET measurements?
Hi Niazul
Yes it can be used as a top gate electrode. There are many published works using the Ag/AgCl reference electrode for their FET measurement.
Good luck
you mean: Ag/AgCl in KCl?
Not sure if KCI can be used as gate dielectric.. In order to result pinch-off comparably strong electrostatic potential need to apply to the channel.
