During the course of pathogen infection, it is well known that a human microRNA can regulate immune responses against viral infection. Is that case same with bacterial infection? For instance, a macrophage engulfs a bacteria, then can a macro-phage microRNA enter the bacteria and affect its gene expression?
Yes, may be through miR-142-IL6 and inflammation. One of the several example. How and what kind of bacteria involved in this path? we need to explore.

I have checked certain genes of this bacteria using bioinformatics that certain genes of this bacteria are affected by macrophage specific micro RNA
But my question is can this regulation occour in vivo condition??
I don't think so, cause the microRNA are specific to eukaryotic cells, in silico you can find some targeting sites but not in vivo. You can have a regulation through another gene but not with direct interaction microRNA/bacrerial-gene.
I had the reverse question a couple of years ago: could pathogens use ncRNA to affect human cell gene expression, and so alter virulence. I couldn’t find evidence of that, but if anyone knows of examples, I’d be interested.
What I did find was evidence in plants that pathogens could affect host resistance:
