I have extracted some muscle samples in buffer contains 137 mM NaCl, 50mM HEPES pH7.4, 2% SDS, 1% NP-40, 10% glycerol, 2 mM Na3VO4, 100 mM NaF, which we used for 1D experiment.

Now we are thinking of 2D and since we are running out of muscle tissue, all we have are extracted samples in the buffer that described above.

Any one knows if this buffer can be compatible with subsequent 2D experiment?
