Bulk primer designing?

Dear all

I have approx 1000 genes for which I want to design the cloning primer for pENTR™ vector (gateway Cloning). Can anybody help me to design these primers in bulk as matching the tm for each gene take Huze time.

I will be highly thankful to you for this help.

I agree with Ali Mahmoudpour, your work will depend largely on how well you design your primers. Take you time and this will pay off in the long run.
