BLUEs for GWAS - FAQS.TIPS

I have three years data. I would like to estimate BLUEs for GWAS

I used TASSEL 5 and PloyqtlR https://rdrr.io/cran/polyqtlR/man/BLUE.html

Both of the two software calculated simply the mean of each genotype across the three years which can be done using Excel

So, BLUEs value for each genotype is a simple average

what do you think? or did I do something wrong?

It depends on the kind of experiment design? Is it RCBD or Lattice ? Any way you can use Spatial META -R software for both of this.

if it is a Augmented design you can use ACBD-R but it will not give you a spatial results, for that you prefer using R language
