Hi, I'm interested in a protocol for measuring concentration of BPA in distilled water (no interference) using a uv/vis spectrophotometer . The method found (https://scholarlycommons.obu.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1234&context=honors_theses -page 20) is not satisfying. Another method states Acrydin orange (https://www.jocpr.com/articles/using-data-mining-and-uvvis-spectrophotometric-to-determine-the-content-of-bisphenol-a-in-plastics.pdf) Could someone suggest which is better or a better method? Thank you.

Regards.
