Looking for research idea combining bioinformatics and machine learning. Help please
Hi Ruhshan,
there is an ocean of literature.
To begin with, I suggest you the following book by Pierre Baldi and Soren Brunak,
"Bioinformatics: the Machine Learning Approach", Second Edition, Publisher: MIT Press, 2001
in order to get an idea of how machine learning techniques are applied to a plethora of fields in computational biology and bioinformatics.
Cheers,
Antonino
