No interactions but has binding capacity with protein. I have done docking studies and even wet lab experiment . The wet lab experiments showed a good results and not in docking studies like no interactions but it has binding capacity with protein what is the prediction?

there may be a 3D conformational change required for the protein to bind.

In your docking studies have you included the possibility of structural changes to the protein before binding? Also what are you binding the protein with?
