Hello everyone. I need to be able to take cell culture media that has already been on cells and essentially make three different solutions from it: lipids, nucleotides, and proteins. The eventual goal is to add each of these solutions to a separate culture of cells to see which of these macromolecules are creating a specific response. Does anyone have any good ideas on how to do this?
P.S. I could take media from multiple different wells, so you can destroy the other two macromolecules in each solutions. So, for example, for making the lipid solution I can either separate out the nucleotides and proteins and use them or I can just destroy them entirely.
