Does anyone know of a good cDNA synthesis method for small RNAs of low input (0.1pg-0.5pg-1ng) for routine usage?

Sensiscript would work. Apart from this in case you have only alimited number of target genes I would go for a one step approach. Let me k or if you did like to get more details
