Bacteriophage not proliferating after co-culture at 120rpm with its host in 20 ml Minimal M9 media in at MOI 0.2 what could be the possible reason

Contamination of the media could be the possible reason. Similarly, Media composition as well as MOI level could be a concerning scenario in this case.
