Hi,

Im attempting to build an axisymmetric model of silicone compression with a thin titanium diaphragm in abaqus. This model is of a cylindrical silicone cylinder and a circular diaphragm.

However, im getting a unusual response where the silicone will deform through its self. So the top surface phases through the bottom surface. Im at a loss of the cause of this.

I have attached pictures of this and the model files for both a model of the diaphragm and silicone, and another of just the silicone
