What is the best mitochondrial imaging software?

There are many bits of software out there, but what do people find the best to use? Ideally, it would also be able to work on FLIM images as well. Many thanks.

Image J is the best open source software. it has all the required plugins for the size, volume and movement ( Particle tracking) tools

There are commercial softwares are available like bitmap, metamorp, etc but they are expensive.
