I am looking for an antibody against an astrocyte-specific nuclear protein for the purposes of separating astrocyte nuclei from neuronal nuclei in a single nuclei sort. Unfortunately, we have not had luck with sorting with a Sox-9 antibody. Any recommendations of other astrocyte-specific nuclear proteins to look into would be appreciated!
