I need help on how to estimate the sample size to do the work "assessment of some biochemical parameters of inhabitants in the lead-zinc mining communities of ebonyi state" the biochemical parameters to be measured include. 10 heavy metals from the blood of the participants, liver function test, kidney function test, lipid profile and cardiac markers. the towns that indulge in mining activities to be used are Ezzamgbo, Enyigba and Ameka in Ebonyi state of Nigeria. West Africa

Could be useful but heavy metals can seep into the ground to pollute underground water as such move a distance away.
