Assay for THP1 differentiated macrophages?

I have the M1 and M2a subtypes of macrophages that I differentiated and polarized from THP-1 monocytes. I wanted to know the most suitable phagocytosis assays (preferably colorimetric method), migration assays, and proliferation assays.
