I am working with clinical isolates of Aspergillus fumigatus in order to get secondary metabolites in order to prove antimicrobial activity. I will reactivate, do a monosporic culture, and then to fermentate the inoculum in SPG broth according the technique of Damian 1996. I am in two minds between using the ethyl acetate during the fermentation process, or during the extraction through the use of a syringe and filter paper.

Thanks in advance fellows
