All parts are important. Chances of acceptance increased with the following characteristics of submitted papers (Yuksel, 2003): (a) strong reputation of the author; (b) successful test of the proposed theory; (c) different content from that usually published in the journal.

As a reviewer (https://publons.com/author/1303743/alvaro-n-a-monteiro#profile), when I get a paper to review, here how I would rank your list in the following order going from the most important:
6-Results and Discussion - That's where the 'juice'' is. The actual scientific contribution of the paper. Novelty should also be a part here
7-Conclusion - Need to be supported by [6] above
5-Methodology - well described; innovation plays a part
3-Abstract - does it represent well the paper as a whole?
4-Introduction - does it do a good job of introducing the problem to a non-specialist?
the last three (at least for me) play a very small role in my decision:
1-Title - As long as it is not an outlandish misrepresentation of the paper, it doesn't matter that much
2-Authors name and Affiliations - author's reputations are very important in general but I think a poorly conducted/prepared paper from a famous lab is more harshly criticized than if it comes from a junior scientist. I agree with findings that famous people get papers more easily accepted. But as a reviewer I try judge the paper on its merits.
8-References. Don't matter that much unless seminal papers in the field are ignored, they don't support the statements they refer to, or they are overwhelmingly self-citations.
I might add that there is another important factor that you left off, and that's how effectively and scholarly you can argue your case when responding to the reviewers' comments.
Well-conducted science reported in a well-prepared paper is going to get accepted.
Result. When a mistake is made in introduction, discussion, conclusion or reference, correction can be made but manipulation or unverifiable result can lead to outright rejection.
Very good question. I think displaying the main outlines as well as the results in a perfect way in will effect the acceptance or rejection of the paper significantly .
I think results and discussion, and scientific Interpretations for results, and parameters or traits of studies, in addition to introduction and linked it with research trends.
It depends on the type of work that comes to the review. All parts are important so that work is ok. If it's a review article, then it's a discussion and a conclusion, if it's a meta analysis, it's the methods, the results, the discussion and the conclusion. If they are research articles, then the design of the study and the results.
The paper will be accepted or rejected depends on the novelty of the research paper, where it contributes some technical, social and environmental concerns addition to the existing literature.
I think generally, originality of research and potential contribution determine the acceptance. Then, specifically, for research article, ability to narrate the research problem in the introduction, interpretation of results and discussion are major areas. For review article, literature review based on recent research findings and discussion are most considered.
Results and Discussion section is one of the major aspect of research papers because this is the area that would highlight the contribution to knowledge and would also bring out the research gap.
As a reviewer I always focus on methodology section of the paper, and I don't recommend for acceptance unless and until I am fully satisfied from the methodology section of the paper.
The results and discussion part supports the paper to be reject or accept. Overall presentation of the work or contents of the paper is also a factors.
Abstract has a lot to do. It is the catchy or boring piece seen by the reviewer.
Methodology: It is very important even if your study is relevant and scientifically important. If wrong methodology is used it will surely affect your result and every other parts
Discussion: Shows your levels of understanding of what your are writing
Conclusion: this section is also important as it must relates with your objectives
To me, the important aspect which must be in order before corrections can be advised or not on other sections are the Abstract, Last Paragrapgh of introduction and the conclusion. These aspects of every manuscript provide a crucial gateway for the reviewer to either proceed or not and hence, they are very essential. Although, a key aspect in the overall decision remains the Methodology if the introductory gateway is in order. Thank you.
Abstract including clear objectives, then discussion and lastly conclusions.
in each branch of science researchers will build a bridge for others to pass on and progress then your role as a researchers is to ensure that the followers can pass safely although you may put a small brick to fill a space, you may polish (by supporting or con traversing) others by better ideas or you bring new(original ) brick.
best idea is to trust in your self and be honest in your research
The accuracy of the title, which should be brief and significance to the reader, the clarity of the scientific methodology of the research, the systematic and sequential cognitive coherence, the logical analysis of all the results of the study, the clear language with academic nature
I like the Hamed Dabiri's answer, because it seems more scientific although I would like also to give my opinion.
Due to the little space and cost of publishing (everywhere), day after day we are asked to reduce text, improve the pictures and results appearence. These are to make your paper more atractive (to be selled). However, if your paper doesn't have a really new findings, or something that is already a highlight -which mean be different, inovative, creative, unknown, it seems to me that you'll be forgotten in the wardrobe.
For this reason, I think that you can do the everything best, every part adequate as said prof. DABIRI, but if you didn't do the correct ABSTRACT, it will be the same of nothing. Because due to the quantity of papers that arrived in the same journal, so much competition, much more propaganda, marketing, promotion -in other words- business and money involved indirectly... you'll be judged by your ear! If your abstract is sucinct, clear, explore what the contributions are, the novelty and originality is evidenced... then, the rewier can already see more pages. If this don't happen... Unhappily, your paper will be trown away. You can book this!
This just happened to me sometimes (recently) and i already felt lost in this battle. It is not easy to publish today and this are the less I can tell you.
To be truly an author, this time, I'll say to you: "bad luck!"... What else did you expect? I need to publish the ones of mine too. (lgs).
In addition to all useful advises, the well selected and expressive title of the manuscript is important, the concise and indicative abstract, smooth and relevant introduction, clear research methodology, the in-depth discussion of results and the way you are displaying results, cleverness of highlighting most significant findings, and the way references are selected and written; all matters are important.
New results or findings are kernels of research. Presentations are formalities, which can be addressed easily. The galaxy of science is enlarged by new findings.
I think novelty has the significant effect. In my opinion, original scientific researches are not rejected at the initial step, maybe minor revision is only given to make corrections for the paper...
Originality of the paper is the first priority, correct documentation and citation, method of analysis, conclusions. If the research is just a repetition of other studies , it might be subject to rejection or a lot of modification before it is finally approved for publication.
In my opinion, research hypothesis& scientific rationale are important to start a research project. However, as a reviewer, I want to see relevant methodology& good tabulation of results that should be discussed well. A good statistical analysis is the way that your data are employed to meet your objectives. It happens every now& then that investigators do have so many data, but they fail to show& conclude due to bad statistics.
