A good paper requires a strong theoretical framework which can clarify the importance of the study, the research gap identified, the objectives of the study, the methodology followed to fill the gap, and a proper discussion and conclusion. It requires clarity in conciseness.

As regards your question, I think three things play the main role . These are:

1) Presentation of the paper.

2) Effective english language.

3) Interpretation of your ideas. It should be high level.

Also, your field of research should come in the aims and scope of the journal.

Writing a good paper for international journal requires skill. The considerations should be simple english, good presentation, unique and innovative work, representing the need, requirements to the present scenario, and mentioning the research gap.
