One area of growing interest among numerous industries at present is blockchain technology. Albeit this subject matter is at its infancy in general - the built environment particularly construction management will eventually confront blockchain technology. Specifically this emerging disruptive technology can augment current need for intermediaries within the construction supply chain. Further examination of opportunities of such technology seem limitless in the construction field.
